Two men stand alone
Each waits on their corner
Each knowing what they need
Each begging for some help
Each has a sign
For passers by to read
One asks for food
To feed his hungry body
Another for love
To mend a wounded soul
They beg
They plead
But no one hears their cries
No one pays them mind
And so they sit
Waiting for the one who will care
To feed the hungry
To love the lost
We stand alone he and I
Have you ever wondered why dogs bite people? I mean we’ve never done anything to them. LOL

We know you’re probably very upset. Please leave your condolences in the comments section for this well loved star. Rest in peace Kermit.
Did anyone else know Miss Piggy was brown?
just saw the new star trek.
FUCKING AWESOME
I was a little hesitant that they wouldn’t be able pull off the time travel alternate reality like they failed to on enterprise. thank god for jj abrams.
The cast was incredible as well. I have to say that I thought chris pine and anton yelchin were my favorites though. I mean not that zachary quinto did a bad job. and I really loved the love interest between spock and uhura. that was great!! it’s just I’ve always had a soft spot in my heart for chekov. and the new kirk is just fucking hot!!

So back to the time travel thing. I thought they writers did a really good job in creating a new universe to be explored. I’m not sure how I feel about vulcan. I mean I’m really sad. They played such a huge role in the formation of the federation and now they won’t be there. There’s so much that history there that’s lost now. I’m really excited to see the next movie and see where they take the stories of this crew. I’m glad that the time travel was just a tool and not the main point of the story. All in all one of the best trek movies I’ve ever seen. There were a few lines that pandered to the hard core trekkies which I really enjoyed. The scene with the computer not recognizing Chekov’s voice, that was hilarious!!
great movie, great cast. great jj abrams. I’m definitely going to see it at least a dozen times in the theater. if you haven’t seen it yet. why not?? go see it now!

it’s dawn
it’s always dawn on this road
I walk to the east
hoping to catch a glimpse
of the sun
of the light
but it never rises
it never sets
it’s always dawn
hope for a new day
that never comes
the flowers yearn to open
and welcome the day
it’s always dawn
so I walk along on this road
never ending
never changing
dawn is all I know
a light in the woods
catches my eye
the nymphs and fawns
frolic and dance
dancing in glee
for they see the sun
just there
on the horizon
so I leave this trodden road
eager to dance
to live
to be free
free from this ever present
ever crushing
dark of dawn
I glimpse the sun
I feel the warmth
I see the light
I dance!
two left feet and I fall
no more I see the sun
no more it’s warmth
no more the light
the dawn is all I see
and so the road beckons my return
I know this road
I know this dawn
a darkness that I have been part of for oh so long
the darkness that I have
will keep the light at bay
will keep the warmth away
and so I return
to the road that entraps
it’s always dawn
walking
wandering
wishing I could leave
praying I could just stop my feet
but the sun never comes
the light never shines
the darkness of dawn
binds my fee to this path
binds my soul to this road
and so I yearn for the road
I wait for the dark
hoping for night to come
to finally come
and end this waiting
waiting for the light
